Development Works: Development undertakings and closure of IDP Camp

Kachin State Chief Minister U Khet Htein Nan, along with state ministers and officials, inspected development projects in Shwe Set Ward on Friday. They oversaw the road upgrades, proper drainage systems, and brick walls at No. 2 Basic Education School. The Chief Minister urged officials to ensure proper planning and timely completion.

In Waing Maw Township, the Chief Minister oversaw the closure of an IDP camp at the Kachin Baptist Convention (KBC). Families were relocated to land provided by the state government, with financial support of 5 million kyats per household to assist in the transition.
