Development Works: Cleaning efforts and construction works

Tanintharyi Region Chief Minister U Myat Ko, along with regional ministers and officials, visited the Dawei Home for the Aged on Saturday, encouraging those involved in the cleaning efforts and greeting the elderly residents.

The Chief Minister also made donations and gave instructions to improve healthcare, food, and other needs of the residents. Next, the Chief Minister and party inspected the ongoing construction of the Dawei City Hall. Officials briefed on the status of road paving, drainage systems, parking areas, and electric and water utilities.

The Chief Minister stressed the need to complete the project on time, meeting the standards. He also visited the main building of Sasana Beikman, instructing repairs for broken tiles and leaking roofs.

At the Lawkamarazein Pagoda, the Chief Minister offered flowers, water, and lights to the Buddha image, and inspected ongoing cleaning and renovation works. They then inspected the completion of shopping stalls at Dawei Degree College and assembly hall of the No.1 Basic Education High School.
