Delegation In the Netherlands: Judgement On Preliminary Objections To Be Read

Concerning the application filed by the Gambia alleging Myanmar of violating the 1948 Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, the International Court of Justice will read the Judgement of the Court on the preliminary objections raised by the Republic of the Union of Myanmar in open court on 22 July at the Peace Palace in
The Hague of Netherlands. To attend the open court, the Myanmar delegation led by Agent of Myanmar andUnion Minister for International Cooperation U KoKoHlaing and Alternate Agent of Myanmar and Union Minister for Legal Affairs and Attorney-General Dr.Thi Da Oo left for Netherlands on the 20th.
The Myanmar delegation arrived at the Amsterdam International Airport on the 21st and Ambassador U Soe Lynn Han and officials from Myanmar Embassy in Brussels received the delegation at the Airport.
