Death toll rises to 15 in the Philippines amid flooding and landslides

Severe flooding and landslides in the Davao Region of the Philippines have killed 15 people and injured five others, according to the country's National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council on Sunday.
Due to massive rains, floods and landslides occured in four provinces in the Davao region on Mindanao Island, affecting over 70,000 families. The local government declared the state of calamity in the Davao Region.
