Cyclist killed, three others injured in New Zeland crash

Police investigate the scene after a fatal collision between a four-seated cycle and a car in a town in New Zealand's north island.

The collision left one British cyclist dead and the three other riders seriously injured, according to local media. The Wellington District Road Policing Manager confirmed one person, who was critically injured in the crash, died at the scene before they could be airlifted to hospital. Three others were seriously injured in the crash, police said earlier.
