Cybersecurity Law: Cybersecurity Law comes into effect on July 30

The Cybersecurity Law will come into effect on July 30, according to Order No. 113/2025 issued by the State Administration Council on Wednesday.

Myanmar enacted the Cybersecurity Law as Law No. 1/2025 of the State Administration Council, and its effective date was designated in accordance with Section 2 of the law. The order was signed by Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, Chairman of the State Administration Council.
