Cultural Exchange : Audition for Korea-Myanmar youth drama series

An audition was held on Saturday at Myanma Radio and Television (MRTV) in Yangon for the upcoming Korea-Myanmar youth drama series and sports game show titled "All Pass Drama & Sports Game".

The program is a joint production between Korea and Myanmar, aiming to promote cultural exchange and youth talent from both countries. Young Myanmar actors, students, and aspiring talents aged 18 to 30 participated. The audition was judged by four Korean experts including directors from KK Media and Sidus HQ.

A total of 21 young contestants including 10 males, 11 females took part, and the audition continues on October 19. Korean and Myanmar actors will be selected for lead and supporting roles, with filming scheduled to take place in both countries between November and December 2025.

A sports game segment will also be filmed in Nay Pyi Taw in January 2026, directed by a Korean team. This project also celebrates 50 years of Korea-Myanmar diplomatic relations, and the final production will be broadcast by MRTV and KK Media by March 2026.
