Cuban minister says national power outage 'creates annoyance for all'

Cuba's government said Sunday that electricity service will be restored by Monday night for most of the nation struck by a huge power outage just days before the expected arrival of Hurricane Oscar. Energy and mining minister told reporters that service would be restored for most Cubans between Monday morning and night, adding that "the last customer may receive service by Tuesday."
