COVID-19 Vaccines Delivery: Myancopharm, Sinovac, Sinopharm to Rakhine State

In collaboration with military doctors and civil society groups, the Ministry of Health has been delivering COVID-19 vaccines by Tatmadaw (Air) and motor vehicles as per cold-chain standards to states and regions.

On September 11, over 12,000 Myancopharm, which can be given to five people at a time, over 6,400 Sinovac and 900 Sinopharm COVID-19 vaccines with 4,200 syringes stored at Central Medical Store Deport of the Public Health Department in Yangon were transported by military aircraft to Thandwe Township of Rakhine State.
