Covid-19 Update: 955 New Cases Reported At 8 P.M. On November 3

The Ministry of Health has been accelerating COVID-19 prevention, control and treatment measures and procedures. The Ministry reported 955 new COVID-19 cases at 8 p.m. on Wednesday after testing 28,739 patients within 24 hours.

16 COVID-19 positive patients have died while 1,571 patients have recovered and were discharged from hospitals. Confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Myanmar have reached 502,979 with 18,744 deaths and 472,364 COVID-19 patients have been discharged from the hospitals.

The World’s worst-hit countries are the United States of America, India, Brazil, the United Kingdom, Russian Federation, Turkey, France, Iran, Argentina and Spain, according to the World Health Organization. Globally, as of 5:21pm CET, 3 November 2021, there have been over 247 million confirmed cases of COVID-19, including over 5 million deaths.
