COVID-19 Update: 8 new cases COVID-19 cases reported on December 24

The Ministry of Health has been accelerating COVID-19 prevention, control and treatment measures and procedures.

The Ministry reported 8 new COVID-19 cases at 8 p.m. on Saturday after testing 3,949 patients within 24 hours. At the time of the report, there’s no patient who died due to the disease while 10 patients have recovered. Confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Myanmar have reached 633,607 with 19,489 deaths and 608,208 COVID-19 patients have been discharged from the hospitals.
