Covid-19 Update: 700 New Cases Reported At 8 P.M. On November 15

The Ministry of Health has been accelerating COVID-19 prevention, control and treatment measures and procedures. The Ministry reported 700 new COVID-19 cases at 8 p.m. on Monday after testing 23,283 patients within 24 hours.

17 COVID-19 positive patients have died while 652 patients have recovered and were discharged from hospitals. Confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Myanmar have reached 513,962 with 18,946 deaths and 484,992 COVID-19 patients have been discharged from the hospitals.

The World’s worst-hit countries are the United States of America, India, Brazil, the United Kingdom, Russian Federation, Turkey, France, Iran, Argentina and Spain, according to the World Health Organization.

Globally, as of 4:30pm CET, 15 November 2021, there have been over 253 million confirmed cases of COVID-19, including over 5.09 million deaths.
