COVID-19 Update: 370 New Cases Reported at 8 p.m. on November 29

The Ministry of Health has been accelerating COVID-19 prevention, control and treatment measures and procedures.

The Ministry reported 370 new COVID-19 cases at 8 p.m. on Monday after testing 20,027 patients within 24 hours. 9 COVID-19 positive patients have died while 579 patients have recovered and were discharged from hospitals. Confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Myanmar have reached 521,931 with 19,097 deaths and 496,660 COVID-19 patients have been discharged from the hospitals.

The World’s worst-hit countries are the United States of America, India, Brazil, the United Kingdom, Russian Federation, Turkey, France, Iran, Germany and Argentina, according to the World Health Organization. Globally, as of 5:05pm CET, 29 November 2021, there have been over 260 million confirmed cases of COVID-19, including over 5.2 million deaths.
