COVID-19 Update: 32 New Cases reported at 8 p.m. on May. 17

Ministry of Health and Sports reported 32 new COVID-19 cases at 8 p.m. on Monday after testing 1,254 lab specimens within 24 hours with 8 COVID-19 positive patients have been discharged from hospitals on 17th of May.
COVID-19 confirmed cases in Myanmar have reached 143,097 with 132,123 COVID-19 patients discharged from the hospital until 8 p.m. on 17th of May.
The World’s worst-hit countries are United States of America with over 32.60 million confirmed cases followed by India, Brazil, France, Turkey, Russian Federation, The United Kingdom, Italy, Spain and Germany according to the World Health Organization. Globally, as of 5:33 p.m. CEST on 17th of May 2021, there have been over 162.77 million confirmed cases of COVID-19, including over 3.37 million deaths, reported to WHO.
