COVID-19 Update: 157 new cases with 2 deaths reported on October 26

The Ministry of Health has been accelerating COVID-19 prevention, control and treatment measures and procedures.

The Ministry reported 157 new COVID-19 cases at 8 p.m. on Wednesday after testing 10,724 patients within 24 hours. At the time of the report, there’re two patients who died due to the disease while 232 patients have recovered. Confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Myanmar have reached 631,059 with 19,480 deaths and 604,941 COVID-19 patients have been discharged from the hospitals.
