COVID-19 Update: 15 New COVID-19 Cases Reported on July 11

The Ministry of Health has been accelerating COVID-19 prevention, control and treatment measures and procedures. The Ministry reported 15 new COVID-19 cases at 8 p.m. on Monday after testing 5,719 patients within 24 hours.

At the time of the report, there’s no patient who died due to the disease while 10 patients have recovered. Confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Myanmar have reached 613,751 with 19,434 deaths and 592,655 COVID-19 patients have been discharged from the hospitals.

The World’s worst-hit countries are the United States of America, India, Brazil, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Italy, the Republic of Korea. Russian Federation and Turkey, according to the World Health Organization. Globally, as of 5:24pm CEST, 11 July 2022, there have been over 552 million confirmed cases of COVID-19, including over 6.34 million deaths.
