COVID-19 Report: 28 New Cases reported at 8 p.m. on May. 21

Ministry of Health and Sports reported 28 new COVID-19 cases at 8 p.m. on Friday after testing 1,377 lab specimens within 24 hours with 21 COVID-19 positive patients have been discharged from hospitals on the 21st of May.

COVID-19 confirmed cases in Myanmar have reached 143,211 with 132,169 COVID-19 patients discharged from the hospital until 8 p.m. on the 21st of May.

The public’s cooperation is requested to address wearing mask systematically when it comes to go outside, frequent washing hands and social distancing to control the spreading of COVID-19, MOHS instructions for office/department staff and everybody and every family’s active cooperation as the COVID-19 preventive measures including giving notice and reminding each other and family plan.
