Covid-19 Report: 2,318 New Cases Reported At 8 P.M. On July 4

Ministry of Health and Sports reported 2,318 new COVID-19 cases at 8 p.m. on Sunday after testing 9,054 lab specimens within 24 hours with 35 new deaths and 689 COVID-19 positive patients discharged from hospitals.

COVID-19 confirmed cases in Myanmar have reached 165,405 with 3,419 deaths and 138,715 COVID patients discharged from the hospitals until 8 p.m. on July 4.

The public’s cooperation is requested to address wearing mask systematically when it comes to go outside, frequent washing hands and social distancing to control the spreading of COVID-19, MOHS instructions for office/department staff and everybody and every family’s active cooperation in the COVID-19 preventive measures including reminders of staying safe and healthy during the pandemic.
