COVID-19 Prevention: Mask campaign conducted in Sagaing Region

Ministry of Health has been conducting the COVID-19 vaccination programme in regions and states for the disease prevention and control.

The mask campaign is being conducted in Sagaing Region daily and from 22nd to 28th October, mask campaigns were conducted in Naga-self Administered Zone and 13 districts and 172 places of 34 townships of the Region in cooperation with the district and township level departmental officials and social organizations, altogether over 2,800 at the crowded places, junctions, markets, the places of traffic lights, bus terminals and ports, schools as well as the entrance and exit gates of the town. Over 83,000 masks were distributed free within a week.
