Coordination meeting: Entertainment subcommittee held a coordination meeting

In commemorating 2023 75th Anniversary Diamond Jubilee Independence Day, the exhibition rooms, traditional food shows and the decorated floats will be display in the Dabaung festival ground from 4th to 8th January.

To present entertainment programs for the festival goers at the theater during the celebration, the entertainment subcommittee held a coordination meeting at the meeting hall of the office of Nay Pyi Taw Council in the afternoon on Tuesday.

The Subcommittee Chairman member of Nay Pyi Taw Council U Myint Soe elaborated to make arrangement of daily entertainment programs, by drawing daily entertainment programs in detail and report to the work committee for making arrangement of exhibition rooms commemorating 75th Anniversary Diamond Jubilee Independence Day, making decoration of theater for the ceremony, installation of audio system, electricity and LED Board, coordination with the relevant responsible officials to invite the entertainment performers and the need to supervise no to have interruptions of electricity and audio system.

Next, the attendee subcommittee members clarified work implementations in related sector and the Subcommittee Chairman member of Nay Pyi Taw Council U Myint Soe gave necessary instructions, it’s reported.
