Coordination Meeting: Draft third amendment to the Constitutional Tribunal Law

A coordination meeting on the draft law for the third amendment to the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union Law was held at the Ministry of Legal Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw on Wednesday.

Union Minister and Attorney General Dr. Thida Oo attended the meeting, and gave opening remarks. This was followed by an explanation regarding the purpose and details of the draft amendment. Attendees discussed and clarified key points of the draft law. The Union Minister concluded that since this law is significant to the Constitution, further review will be made to determine whether it is necessary to enact the amendment at this stage.
