Coordination Meeting: Bago Region Chief Minister addressed the meeting

The Bago Region Government held a work coordination meeting with the Chairmen of Districts and Townships Administration Council at TawwinHantha Meeting Hall of the region government office in the morning on 19th October.

At the meeting, the Bago Region Chief Minister U Myo Swe Win said that the monsoon paddy harvesting period has been reached and it’s needed to get the harvested crops under the cover as quickly as possible. As the winter will set in soon, it’s time to collect the oil crops and various bean seeds and distributing in time for the cultivation period.

The agricultural supervisory teams need to supervise on the ground to grow the short maturity, high yielding pedigree seeds in the places where three crops will be grown.

The MSME entrepreneurs should be fulfilled with the requirements to be able to produce value-added products based on the local products, the cooperation of the relevant departments is needed to be available necessary techniques, machinery and raw materials etc.

Next, the members of the districts and Township Administration Councils clarified the matters on administration, agriculture, livestock breeding, education, health and regional developments with power point and the members of region government and region level departmental officials supplemented necessaries. Then, the region chief minister fulfilled requirements and instructed necessary matters, it’s reported.
