Conferring Honorary Titles: Prime Minister conferred honorary titles to the recipients

A ceremony to present honorary titles in commemoration of the 75th Anniversary Diamond Jubilee Independence Day was held at Thabin Hall of State Administration Council Chairman’s Office with the attendance of Chairman of State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Thadoe Maha Thray Sithu Thadoe Thiri Thudhamma Min Aung Hlaing on Sunday.

The Senior General first delivered a speech at the ceremony. It was followed by conferring of titles to the recipients who sacrificed their lives for safeguarding the Independence and those who served outstandingly for the interest of the nation and its people during the 75 years period of Independence.

The recipients included 3 titles for Agga Maha Thiri Thudhama, 1 for Thadoe Thiri Thudhama, 4 for Agga Maha Tharay Sithu, 2 for Thadoe Maha Tharay Sithu, 6 for Maha Tharay Sithu, 10 for Tharay Sithu, 79 for Sithu, 1 for Thiha Thura, 8 for Thura, 50 for Zeya Kyaw Htin, 42 for Wunna Kyaw Htin, altogether 206 recipients were presented the honorary titles during the ceremony.
