Commemorative Event : Mass Cycling Event held in Magway Region

A mass cycling event was held in Magway Region on Sunday to celebrate the upcoming International Youth Day which falls on August 12. The event started at 6:30 AM in front of the Regional Sports Ground. Chief Minister U Tint Lwin opened the event with a starting shot.

Youth cyclists joined the ride around Magway city, starting and ending at the Sports Ground. After the ride, a lucky draw was held, and winners received prizes including three bicycles, electric kettles, fans, irons, and rice cookers. A Micro Marathon will also be held on August 11, at the same venue as part of the celebration.
