Collective Walk: December Sport Activity in Nay Pyi Taw

The collective walk of the December third week was held as a gesture of marking the public sports month of December 2022 at Wunna Theikdi Stadium on Saturday.

About 3,700 people led by officials from Union-level organizations, Union ministers, deputy ministers, departmental officials, staff and families participated in the walking event. They walked from Wunna Theikdi Stadium along designated routes and took part in the group physical fitness exercises.

Officials from the Department of Sports and Physical Education provided purified drinking water, energy drinks and nutritious snacks. To promote the public health, the community walk is being held every Saturday in December.
