Choice of Arms: VSG attends Choice of Arms for Female Cadets

Vice Chairman of the State Administration Council, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Commander-in-Chief (Army) Vice Senior General Soe Win attended the ceremony on the Choice of Arms for the 9th Intake of Graduated Female Cadets at the Defence Services (Army) Officers Training School (Hmawbi) in Yangon, Wednesday.

Also present at the choice of arms ceremony together with the Vice Senior General were Tatmadaw senior officials from the Commander-in-Chief office, the Commander of Yangon Command, the Commandant of the Defence Services(Army) Officers Training School (Hmawby) and officials.

They met cadets individually and chose the appropriate military arms of the Tatmadaw (Army, Navy and Air) depending on obeying discipline, the outstanding in literature, hobbies and their endeavours. The Vice Senior General and party then had lunch together with cadets and Special Platoon Commander (female) trainees at the cadet mess hall.
