Chinese foreign minister holds talks with visiting Pakistani counterpart

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi held talks with Pakistani Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar in Beijing on Wednesday, with the two sides exchanging views on China-Pakistan relations and bilateral cooperation in all fields and international issues of common concern.

At the talks, both sides agreed to firmly safeguard each other’s core interests and go ahead with the strong relationship between the two countries. The two sides also decided to deepen practical cooperation, and speed up the building of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor.
