Chinese FM meets Cambodian deputy PM

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi held talks with Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Sok Chenda Sophea in Beijing on Friday. He is visiting China from May 23 to 25, at the invitation of Wang.

During the talks, Wang said China firmly supports Cambodia in finding a successful development path that suits its national conditions, supports Cambodia in maintaining stability and promoting development.

For his part, Cambodian Deputy PM said that Cambodia is willing to work with China to implement the important consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries and promote more fruitful results from practical cooperation in different fields.
