Chile president visits area damaged by deadly forest fires

Chilean President visited a neighborhood in central Chile's coastal region of Valparaiso damaged by forest fires that destroyed entire communities and left 131 dead in the South American country. The president told residents with a megaphone as he announced the distribution of emergency vouchers to help those fire affected areas.
