Cervical Cancer Vaccination Program: HPV vaccines given to the girls aged 10-11 in Chauk

The Cervical cancer or human papilloma virus (HPV) vaccines are given to the young girls aged 10-11 in Chauk township, Magway Region for the 2nd time starting from 15th to 30th October.

In October 2020, there were 2,002 population who got vaccines against Cervical cancer or human papilloma virus (HPV) for the first time in Chauk township.

For the 2nd program, 2,002 people are vaccinated and the vaccination program is taken place at 11 places in the township. The Cervical cancer vaccination program was implemented as regular vaccination schedule starting from October 2020, it’s learnt.
