Ceremonies in Mon State:Emergency Medical Responder-Ambulance Training

The Emergency Medical Responder- Ambulance Training for the Red Cross Volunteers from respective townships in Mon State was opened at the State Red Cross Supervisory Committee Office in Mawlamyaing on Tuesday.

At the event, Mon State Chief Minister U Zaw Linn Tun said that everyone should learn the first aid and it needs to carry out public interests with the acquired knowledge.

The Red Cross Society Members will perform the best health care services of the people by applying the knowledge learned from the training. He called for conducting social activities with full strength and cooperate for the needs of people from the Red Cross sector.

Later, the Vice Chairperson of Myanmar Red Cross Society extended greetings. After that, the Chief Minister observed the display of booths on the Red Cross Society’s activities.

Moreover, the Chief Minister attended the opening of advanced domestic sewing training course No.5 and Mon Traditional Weaving Course No. 21 at the Women’s Vocational Training School in Mudon Township on the same day. The courses aim for getting job opportunities for nationality youths living in Mon State and create own businesses.
