Centennial Building : Inspection at the Agricultural Engineering Department Building

On 4th July, Union Minister for Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation U Min Naung accompanied by the Deputy Minister U Bo Bo Kyaw and concerned officials visited Pyinmana Institute of Agriculture and Livestock in Nay Pyi Taw and inspected the earthquake damaged Agricultural Engineering Department Building (Centennial Building).

There, the Union Minister heard reports on damaged condition and necessary arrangements to conduct restoration measures and gave instructions. The centennial building was established as agricultural school in 1923 and offered agricultural engineering courses theoretically and practically. It was designated as an ancient building Napata နပတ No. 3001 by the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Culture in 2023.
