CBS poll: Trump’s trade approach with China may not succeed

A recent poll conducted by Columbia Broadcasting System (CBS) News showed that 40 percent of those surveyed believe that President Donald Trump's trade approach with China may not succeed. According to the poll, nearly 60 percent fear they will end up paying for US increasing tariffs on Chinese imports.

A quarter say they truly believe in Trump's trade approach and over 40 percent say they don't think his approach will succeed. Experts said that if the trade tension continues, eventually these costs will find their way to consumers and businesses in the United States.
