Catherine, Princess of Wales, says her cancer is in remission

Catherine, Princess of Wales has said she is ‘in remission’ after her cancer treatment in a statement posted on the social media platform X.

The statement was released after the Princess visited patients and staff at the Royal Marsden Hospital in London, where she received her own cancer treatment. Catherine underwent abdominal surgery in January last year and announced in March that tests showed she had cancer.

In September, she reported that she had completed chemotherapy. She has since been gradually resuming her public duties.
