Bridge Commissioned Into Service: SAC member unveiled the stone inscription of the bridge

In honoring and hailing the 75th Anniversary Diamond Jubilee Independence Day, the DayDaLu Bridge on Pyapon-KyonKaDun-Daw Nyein-Amar Road in Pyapon Township, Ayeyarwady Region was commissioned into service in the morning on December 29 with a ceremony attended by member of State Administration Council Mann Nyein Maung, Commander of South-West Command Brigadier General Kyi Khaing, officials and local elders.

At the ceremony, SAC mamber Mann Nyein Maung said theunion government is implementing prioritizing the good infrastructures such as airways, waterway, road and bridges for the decent living of all brethren ineach regions and states in their social, economic, education and health sector. only then, there is smooth and secured road transportation, the national races can communicate each other and the friendly relation will enable to promote.

Next, the Ayeyarwady Region Chief Minister U Tin Maung Win clarified the type of bride, weight endurance, measurements of the bridge and cost used for the construction of the bridge etc. Then, the deputy minister for construction U win Pe explained regarding the construction of the bridge and a local resident expressed words of thanks for the construction of DayDaLu Bridge.

Afterward, the chief minister, commander, deputy minister and region minister for road transportation opened the bridge by cutting the ceremonial ribbon and the member of State Administration Council Mann Nyein Maung unveiled the stone inscription by pressing the auto button followed the guests sprinkled the stone inscription with scented water and viewed the bridge by walking along it, it’s learnt.
