Brazil orchestra and graffiti artist call for peace

Famed muralist and graffiti artist Eduardo Kobra put the finishing touches on his latest work while the Sao Paulo Philharmonic Orchestra played Beethoven's 9th symphony for an appreciative audience calling for an end to conflict in Ukraine.

During the concert on Saturday, which marks the anniversary of renowned Brazilian composer Heitor Villa-Lobos, the orchestra played some of the famed musician's best known works.

The event ended with a flourish, playing the Grand Finale of the Beethoven's 9th symphony as Kobra put the final touches to his mural. Some in the audience were moved to tears, and clapped loudly when Kobra finished his artwork calling for peace.
