Ministry of Home Affairs on Tuesday held a collective blood donation to commemorate the 75th Diamond Jubilee Independence Day which will fall on January 4 2023.
At the 1,000-bed People’s Hospital in Zabuthiri Township, 131 personnel from the Ministry donated blood. Member of the State Administration Council [SAC] Union Minister for Home Affairs Lt-Gen Soe Htut viewed the blood donation, encouraged the blood donors and provided nutritional foods and supplements.
It’s reported that 119 members of the Myanmar Police Force will also donate blood on the 21st of December at the Nay Pyi Taw 1,000-bed People’s Hospital to commemorate the 75th Diamond Jubilee Independence Day.
