Bhutanese PM visits India

Bhutan Prime Minister TsheringTobgay called on India's President DroupadiMurmu at RashtrapatiBhavan in New Delhi on Friday. The Bhutanese Prime Minister arrived in India on Thursday for a five-day official visit at the invitation of his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi.Prime Minister Modi is set to visit Bhutan next week.
The announcement was made by the visiting Bhutanese Prime Minister on Thursday. Prime Minister Modi and his Bhutanese Counterpart also held bilateral meetings and discussed ways to deepen economic and people-to-people ties among others. Furthermore, Prime Minister Tobgay also thanked Modi for his “steadfast support to Bhutan”.
