Better Rail Transportation: Upgrading Works of Rail Section Inspected

Union Minister for Transport and Communications Admiral Tin Aung San inspected the upgrading work of Yangon-Toungoo railway section in Pyuntazar of Nyaunglebin Township on 13th July.

It is the Phase I of the Yangon-Toungoo Railway Section Upgrade Project. The Union Minister instructed to complete the project in the targeted time, meeting the set standard.

The Union Minister and party later inspected the Kawliya Bridge construction site on DaikU-Phaungtawthi project section, and instructed for work site safety.  They then inspected the completion status of the bridges and railroads between Darpain Station and Yangon Central Station. The Union Minister also inspected the maintenance work in the Rail Bus Engine-RBE factory in Yangon.
