Belgian police raise alarm after parents kidnap premature baby from French hospital

The Belgian police have issued a nationwide call asking the public to help find Santiago, a 17-day-old baby abducted from a hospital in the Paris region of France.

The appeal, posted on the federal police website and relayed by the child protection association Child Focus, is accompanied by photos of the parents, aged in their twenties and suspected of kidnapping the newborn, as well as a photo of their car.
