Beautifying Tasks: Cleaning Campaign at Magwe’s KanTha Lake

Beautifying and cleaning tasks have been carried out in Magwe Region every Saturday with the participation of departmental staff, members of Myanmar Police Force, Fire Brigade, Development Affairs Committee and social organizations.

On 11th June, Chief Minister U Tint Lwin and officials encouraged the collective cleaning campaign at KanTha Lake in Magwe. The Chief Minister stressed the importance of Magwe City, meeting the characteristics of a regional capital city.

Cleaning tasks have been carried out at KanTha Lake and its environ could help the city dwellers to take relaxation peacefully while doing physical exercises.
