Assistance for Displaced Persons :Temporary housing for displaced residents

Rakhine State Chief Minister U Htein Lin, together with officials, visited the temporary housing sites at Sangha Rajawihara Monastery in Sittwe on Saturday. They inspected the construction and allocation of temporary shelters for displaced people.

The Chief Minister gave instructions to ensure the shelters provide safe and comfortable living conditions. They also viewed the solar-powered street lights and distributed food to children. Later, they visited Dhammayama Pariyatti Sarthintaik in Danyawaddy Ward to review ongoing construction and allocation of temporary housing.

The Chief Minister also inspected temporary shelters at Tezarama Vipassana Monastery and Thuriya Sandara Moegok Vipassana Monastery, coordinating with officials to address the needs.
