ASEAN Affairs: SAC member To Attend 16thDefence Ministers’ Meeting

Member of the State Administration Council [SAC] Union Minister for Defence General MyaTunOo left for Phnom Penh of Cambodia, the current ASEAN Chair, on Tuesday to attend the 16th ASEAN Defence Ministers’ Meeting and related meetings to be held on June 22.

The Union Minister was accompanied by Deputy Director-General of the Department of International Affairs U ZawZawSoe and officials. Yangon Region Chief Minister U SoeThein and senior military officers saw the delegation off at the Yangon International Airport.
