6th Day of Matriculation Exam: Matriculation Exam continued on sixth Day

The 2026 Matriculation Examination, which began on March 11th, continued on its sixth day on March 17th with students calmly taking their respective subjects at examination centers across various regions and states.

Prior to the start of the examinations, teachers systematically checked students' admission cards and conducted necessary inspections in accordance with examination rules and regulations.

According to the Ministry of Education, students at examination centers in districts and townships across regions and states, including the Nay Pyi Taw Council area, as well as at foreign examination centers, sat for Biology and Economics subjects. For the Industrial, Agricultural, and Livestock University Entrance Examination, students took subjects including Carpentry and Woodworking, Industrial Electric Motor Control, Machining Technology (Industrial Stream), Social Science (Agricultural Stream), and Ruminant Animal Production (Livestock Stream). The Industrial, Agricultural, and Livestock University Entrance Examination will continue until March 18th.

To ensure students can take the examinations in a calm and safe environment, relevant security personnel, health workers, fire brigade members, and ward/village administration officials are systematically providing supervision and monitoring.

The officials have been visiting and encouraging students taking the 2026 Matriculation Examination, it’s reported.
