45 Overseas Youths To Learn Indonesian Art

Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Indonesia invited 45 International youths to learn about Indonesia’s arts and culture, through the Indonesian Arts and Culture Scholarship (IACS) this year.

The participants are from 34 different countries, including member countries of theASEAN and other countries in Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Pacific Oceania region. While launching the program in Jakarta, Foreign Affairs Minister RetnoMarsudi said that IACS is an important program for promoting Indonesian arts and culture, as well as introducing the nation’s diversity, the spirit of unity, and gotong royong or cooperation. During their stay in Indonesia, the participants will witness the culture of cooperation, and diversity in every corner of the country.
