1st Türkiye-Greece Culture Forum in Nevsehir

Turkish Minister of Culture and Tourism Mehmet Nuri Ersoy hosted his Greek counterpart at the opening of the 1st Türkiye-Greece Culture Forum in Nevsehir. During the forum, Ersoy emphasized the importance of strengthening cultural cooperation between the two neighbouring countries and expanding collaboration in the fields of culture and heritage.

Efforts to recover historical artifacts smuggled abroad have also continued without interruption. As part of these efforts, 1,055 coins seized in Greece last year were returned to Türkiye. The restitution marked another step in ongoing cooperation aimed at protecting cultural heritage and returning illegally trafficked artifacts to their country of origin.
