10 percent of 1 million social housing project completed

Ministry of Construction of Viet Nam says nearly 10% of the 1 million social housing project has been implemented. Nearly 10% of the 1 million social housing project has been implemented.

A Ministry of Construction report on the project's implementation progress of "building at least 01 million social housing houses for low-income people and industrial park workers in the period 2021-2030." Localities are also continuing to implement nearly 300 projects to build more than 271,000 apartments.

Also, according to the Ministry of Construction, related to the 4.9 billion USD credit package, 11 localities have announced a list of 24 projects eligible for preferential loans. To effectively implement this credit package, the Ministry of Construction will coordinate with relevant ministries and branches to set up a working group to remove obstacles to disbursement.
