2026 World Internet Conference (WIC) Wuzhen Summit

Chinese Premier Li Qiang attended 2026 World Internet Conference (WIC), held in Wuzhen, east China's Zhejiang Province. The conference was held from 2nd to 5th of November, focusing on key topics in the digital intelligence era, particularly exchanges on AI development practices and governance philosophies, amid risks brought about to the AI era, such as technology misuse, the digital divide and over-securitization.

China calls for the people-centered approach to internet development and improve people's well-being.
