Tourists visiting Hengdian, China, are getting the opportunity to film their own microdramas at replica palace sets, wearing traditional costumes and acting out scenes from historical dramas. The activity allows visitors to experience the filming process while exploring Chinese architecture and culture.

Kinjal Patel, Tourist said "I do watch a lot of microdramas and C-Dramas and I love the periodic ones, so I definitely wanted to experience the architecture, the culture, the history and just walk through it because you feel like you're back in time. Again it's very rewarding for me, it's one of lifetime experiences."

Participants learn to deliver lines, perform facial expressions and follow scenes under the guidance of filming staff. The experience offers visitors an opportunity to take part in drama production while enjoying China’s historical film sets and culture.
