Dawei Trip: President inspects healthcare services

President U Min Aung Hlaing on Monday afternoon visited the Peoples’ Hospital in Dawei Township of Tanintharyi Region to inspect the healthcare services provided to the Presiding Sayadaw of the Zeyawadi Monastery.

Upon hearing reports from responsible officials, the President instructed them to continuously monitor the Sayadaw's health condition, fulfill necessary requirements, and provided other needed guidance. The President then paid homage to the Sayadaw and offered cash for monastic needs, nutritious food items, and other religious offerings. Following this, the President toured the hospital and gave necessary instructions based on reports from officials regarding plans to upgrade the hospital facilities.
